EOSä : Eye On Solutions

EOSä : Eye On Sustainability is a wake-up call and multimedia (tv-cable-internet) series focused on solutions that are bringing a more sustainable future into the present. The series will make apparent the interconnectedness of all elements in a thirteen part television series produced for broadcast distribution networks such as PBS, CNN, MSNBC, the Discovery Channel, and web portals like Verde.com, Excite@Home, Yahoo, and AOL.

With narration by celebrity hosts like Leonardo Dicaprio, Robert Redford, Whoopie Goldberg and Jewel, each segment of EOSä : Eye On Sustainability will open with a commentary by the narrator on the topic of the day’s show. The show will visit areas where environmental, economic and equity challenges have been addressed and are being solved.

EOSä : Eye On Sustainability will open each show with a four-way split screen, each screen containing images of the Earth: people, land, water and sky. The narrator will speak of the connection between these screens and the topic of the day’s show. In each show an eye will be on both the solutions and the source of these solutions. Therefore, the spiritual underpinnings and stories of interconnectedness and whole systems will be explored in recognition of divine mystery, purpose and intelligence at work.

The show will be presented in three, twenty minute segments, each segment addressing the relationship of the four elements. In the land segment we would follow organic produce from seed to market; in the people segment we would follow the creation of a medicine from indigenous community in the Amazon to the drug counter. The next segment would be on water, in which an area’s waterways would be visited with reference to cleanliness and pollution solutions. Socially responsible people working together in businesses that nurture the health of the environment and the wealth of its employees and associated communities will be featured. HP, Odwalla, Patagonia, and Springfield Re-manufacturing to name a few are the vanguard for this new way of conducting business.

Signs that the earth can be restored in partnership with human enterprise will provide pragmatic beacons of hope. The stories of triumph of bio-energetic farms, sustainable urban, suburban and rural communities, renewable products like hemp, renewable energy from the sun and wind will be broadcast in tandem with ways for people to act now to support these markets and endeavors. Interactivity with solutions and products will be the hallmark of this new form of programming.

The information contained herein has been provided by a number of sources, including Partnerships For Change. No representation is made by Partnerships For Change or any of its agents, employees, members, representatives or any of their respective affiliates, and neither Partnerships For Change nor its affiliates have made any independent verification, as to the accuracy of the information contained in these attachments. By receipt of this information, the recipient agrees that neither Partnerships For Change nor its affiliates shall have any liability for any misstatement or omission or for any opinion expressed in the information and agrees that neither Partnerships For Change nor its affiliates shall have any obligation to supplement any information or otherwise provide additional information.

The recipient shall be responsible for any breach of this confidentiality agreement by its agents, employees and representatives. Should the recipient decline to participate in the referenced transaction, it shall return all materials supplied by the Company as soon as possible and in any event, upon request.

The recipient acknowledges the terms of this agreement and will be deemed to have agreed to these confidentiality provisions.
